ARORA CREATION offers a curated collection of ethnic wear, women's fashion, men's collection, jewelry, accessories, corporate gifting, and wedding trousseau. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

Product Descriptions: We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
Custom Orders: Customized products and bulk corporate orders require written confirmation and advance payment.
Pre-Orders: Some products may be available for pre-order with estimated delivery timelines provided at the time of order.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, product images, and materials provided by ARORA CREATION are our exclusive property or that of our licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our IP: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Product Images: Product images are for reference only and remain our property unless otherwise specified.
Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding our Services may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Important: Unauthorized use of our brand assets, product images, or proprietary information may result in legal action.

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms:

📊 Corporate and bulk orders may have customized payment terms as per agreement.
💵 Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Bank Transfer.
📈 Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are charged at the price in effect at the time of order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across India. Delivery terms:

🚚 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics.
📦 Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location.
📍 Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our store.
📞 Track your order with the tracking number provided via email or SMS.
🏪 Local pickup available from our Lajpat Nagar store.

7. Returns & Exchange

We want you to love your purchase. Return and exchange policy:

Standard Products: Exchange within 7 days of delivery for size or defect issues. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Custom Orders: No returns or exchanges on customized or personalized items.
Intimate Wear & Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, certain categories are non-returnable.
Refunds: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after quality inspection.
Exclusions: Sale items, clearance products, and corporate orders are final sale.

             For returns or exchanges, contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with order details and supporting evidence.
          

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARORA CREATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARORA CREATION AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARORA CREATION, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, confidentiality, liability limits) shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India. The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Effective Date" revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice.
